COVID-19 Policy

Please keep in mind that wearing a mask is MANDATORY. Anyone who attends their appointment without a mask will be denied service and must rebook.

Prep

3-4 week hair growth is required to ensure an efficient and smooth ( least painful) experience.

Please do not apply any serums, acids, or scrubs 24hrs prior to your appointments. 

Please discontinue the use of any acne medications 30 days prior to your wax appointment. ( only to the areas that are being serviced)

Please arrive fresh and properly cleansed as it is crucial to providing a comfortable service.

Late/No Shows/ Cancellations:

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out and sign your client intake form.

Anyone who arrives to the treatment room 10 minutes after their appointed time must pay a late fee of 35%. 

Anyone who arrives 15 minutes after your appointed time will have to forfeit their deposit and MUST rebook.

Failure to show up to your appointment without notifying WAXT will result in a PERMANENT BAN.

Rescheduling:

All deposits are non-refundable. If for any reason you need to reschedule, please notify WAXT 12 hours prior to your appointed time. Everyone is awarded 3 rescheduling capabilities, after the 3rd time you will have to rebook.

Changes to your appointment can be made through your confirmation email.

Payment:

There is a 40% deposit required for ALL appointments. ALL deposits are nonrefundable, this covers canceled appointments & ANY appointment changes made after booking. All services require a deposit and under any circumstances, you can not get that deposit back unless WAXT cancels your appointment. All deposits are also nontransferable unless the existing service equates to the new service requested. If you have paid in full and have missed your appointment the late fee/missed appointment fee will be withdrawn from the amount paid, otherwise you will not be able to book until that balance is paid.

All VIP memberships, discounted services, and package prices are final sale.

If the services have not been used it can be placed on a gift card as a redeemable service/product credit for any services and can be transferred to other clients. But this final say is up to Jasmine and has to be in writing to be confirmed.

Beauty Bar Rules

Please arrive to your appointment alone unless you are accompanied by your parent or guardian. Anyone who is not receiving a service will be asked to wait outside of the treatment room. FOUL SMELLS, OUTSIDE FOOD, CHILDREN, and FOUL LANGUAGE are prohibited and will forfeit your appointed where you will have to reschedule.

. If you disregard these rules & regulations YOU WILL NOT be serviced and may be at risk of being denied service in the future. WAXT BEAUTY BAR is NOT responsible for any allergic reactions, if not listed above. After your service is complete and you leave the premises there is NO REFUND. Please understand that ANY deposit made is NONREFUNDABLE, unless WAXT cancels herself.
